Heavy is the crown.

Deadly, are the crown’s enemies.

This is a reverse harem romance.

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

I absolutely ADORED this book! From beginning to end, I was hooked on the plot, the drama, -and the angst between these characters! Before I knew it, was finished and I just sat there staring at my book hoping for more to suddenly appear. I cannot wait for the next book!!

If we can all get along, long enough to deal with this shit.
Who decides to get involved with so many guys and thinks it’s going to be smooth
sailing?
Spoiler alert, it’s not.
The guys are totally going to start killing each other soon.
Lukas and Jensen can’t seem to figure their relationship out.
Skeeter and Marco might kill each other one of these days.
If it gets any worse, I might just kill them myself.
With the Devils and Psychos working alongside each other, things are calmer.
Well, other than the Psychos recruiting some newbies.
Oh, and Satan’s Soldiers are back in town with a new leader, so that’s just wonderful.
My guys keep showing me every day that this is real, and I’m so in love it’s gross.
Family has become everything to me, but I wish they’d let me handle my own shit.

When the Light and the Dark Collide…
Who will Maintain the Balance within the Veil

For hundreds of years, magic users have grown up with the misconception that their magic has no true origin; that they were simply gifted more than mere-mortals.

This control of the narrative has suited the Fae, for their existence has been hidden; their kingdoms beyond the Veil secure. There has been a tenuous balance within the realms and for thousands of years the Fae have been secure in their traditions…their rule.

That is, until the uprising of a dark queen; because as with all things bound by nature, with unbalance comes destruction.

Until the prophecy of change was whispered throughout the realms there was an ever present sense of desolation.

Now? There is hope.

********

Hudson Jacobs has no idea of the changes that are about to take her life by storm. No idea of the plans put into motion by those who know of her existence and wish to not only protect her, but solidify the prophecy by any means necessary.

The only question is, will her destiny ultimately protect her or destroy her and those she holds dear to her heart.

When the stakes are darkness or light, life or death, will Hudson embrace her new life or will the tenuous Veil between the mortal and Fae Realm, destroy her before she gets that chance?

ARC REVIEW: Den of Vipers by K.A. Knight

53544752. sy475

∴ Goodreads | Amazon US ∴

Synopsis:

Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Dieselβ€”The Vipers.

They run this town and everyone in it. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses.

Yes, sold me.

They own me now.

I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant. These men, they look at me with longing. Their scarred, blood-stained hands holding me tight. They want everything I am, everything I have to give, and won’t stop until they get just that. They can own my body, but they will never have my heart.

The Vipers? I’m going to make them regret the day they took me.

This girl? She bites too.

*18+ Reverse Harem Romance. Warning this book contains scenes and references of abuse/assault that some readers may find triggering. Along with graphic sex scenes and violence. This is a dark book*

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

I loved this book so much like I can’t even put it into words. It gave me all of the dark and gritty themes I was looking for and the fact that it was an RH only made it better! It was exactly what I needed in my life right now!

ARC REVIEW: Breathe Me (Breathe Me Duet #1) by C.R. Jane & Ivy Fox

53201167. sy475

∴ Goodreads | Amazon ∴

Synopsis:

They say that true love only comes once in a lifetime.
In my case, they were wrong.
I gave my heart away three times.
To the blue eyed sensitive soul, who read poetry when he thought no one was looking.
To the green eyed jock, who made you laugh as hard as he made you cry.
And to the dark eyed boy, whose dark heart only ever beat for me.

They were my everything, until suddenly they weren’t.
They asked me to choose, but they were asking the impossible.

Now it’s my turn to ask for more than what they are willing to give.
I only have three months left, and I just want to spend it with them.
Will they accept my offer, or will four hearts live the remaining days of their lives in regret of what could have been?

The letters have been sent.
All that remains is for me to wait.
Wait to see if their hearts are still mine.
Because for as long as mine beats, it will always belong to them.

*I received an eARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*

When I heard that two of my absolute favorite romance authors were teaming up to co-write a book, believe me when I say I was stoked. I didn’t even need to know what the book was about, I was just prepared to go in and fall in love. And that’s what I did. All the way. This book had my whole heart and didn’t let go throughout the entire book. I went in with high expectations and this book broke all of them to shreds. It deserves all of the stars and more. I need the next book like I need air!

AUTHOR Q&A: Evi Rhodes

A Warrior's Promise Series by Evi Rhodes Paranormal Romance Urban Fantasy Series

Hello Lovelies! Today I have a Q&A for you guys from the lovely Evi Rhodes! She is a new-to-me author and maybe one for you too! Hopefully, through this Q&A you guys will get to meet her and be introduced to her books!

About the Books:

This is a steamy paranormal romance/urban fantasy series featuring vampires, werewolves, paranormal academy, kick-ass heroine and alpha hero.
Please note, the first book in the series is more of a traditional, sexy paranormal romance, but the second book heats up even more with the appearance of a secondary love interest resulting in a reverse harem.Β
Β
A Warrior’s Promise Series deals with themes and struggles outside of your typical paranormal romance including varied sexual preferences, physical, mental and sexual abuse, addictions, interracial relationships all happening alongside a raging battle between good and evil.

Synopsis:

WICKED NIGHT
Follow the journey of a strong, independent, yet caring woman as she navigates the supernatural world she is thrust into. Gwen steps out of a dysfunctional family life and into a world filled with danger she never realized lives at every turn, fiery passion, and a love that is ever binding. How will she handle her strange new surroundings as well as the man with the intense and overbearing personality who threatens to destroy the emotional barriers around her heart?Β Wicked, the next in line to become the vampire king, is caught off guard when he grudgingly agrees to take on a charge, something he never wanted to do. He is unsure how to handle the fierce and vibrant woman with the unsettling green eyes. It doesn’t take long for them to clash, but will it end passionately or burn down around them?

Author Q&A:

Q: Why did you write your book?

A: I wrote this series because I wanted to tell a story of not just female strength, but what we can accomplish when we do not let prejudices stand in our way. I wanted the readers to have to accept, forgive and grow along with the heroine, hero and so many others.
I also wanted my readers to shrug off the old ideal of what a loving, healthy relationship looks like.

I feel there are many ways to love and be in a healthy relationship including multiple partners, LGBTQ and of course, what many consider to be traditional. I wanted people to broaden their minds as to what it means to have a life partner.

I wanted to show that. for much of our life we live in either the far left, or far right way of thinking, but what would happen if you were forced to walk with one foot on either side of the line? Our heroine, hero and those that surround them are not all good or all evil. Of course, this all takes place in a supernatural environment which allows for unusual circumstances, problems and questions that keep the reader thinking.

Q: Why do you think readers will care about this book?

A: A Warrior’s Promise Series deals with themes and struggles outside of your typical paranormal romance including varied sexual preferences, physical, mental and sexual abuse, addictions, interracial relationships all happening alongside a raging battle between good and evil.

Q: Where did you get the inspiration for the story and characters?

A: My inspiration is all the strong, yet loving, understanding and inspirational women I have grown up knowing. I wanted to create a heroine people can fall in love with, want to follow but with whom they might not always agree. I want readers to laugh, cry and get angry with my characters. perhaps seeing a little of themselves in the process.
I asked myself the question, why is it that a woman who is strong has to be seen as hard and ruthless when there are so many layers to a woman? In A Warrior’s Promise Series, the reader follows Gwen as she learns to grow up quickly but manages to still learn to love and forgive freely.

Q: How did you come up with ideas for your books?

A: The ideas for my work come from all around me; my friends, family and even strangers. Everyone has a story to tell in whole or in part that I feel needs to be shared. On the other hand at times ideas just come to me and I ask myself where did that come from and don’t have an answer. Mostly, I wanted to give a voice to those that wouldn’t normally share their private stories with the world by sharing them in a way that they wouldn’t feel their life was on display. In giving these people’s stories that voice, I feel that my characters come alive for my readers.

Q: What would you want your readers to know about you that might not be in your bio?

A: Even from a young age I would polish off a novel a week loving the ability to lose myself in the story and would find myself daydreaming of writing a story of my own. I stopped writing for a long time to pursue my lifelong dream of being an Olympian on a more serious level. I train with some of the best in the world, which required all my time. It was only after I had to give up that dream, for a variety of reasons, that I picked writing back up. It not only served as a passion to devote myself to, but it was also a form of therapy as I felt as if I no longer had a purpose. Frankly, it was as though the world was passing me by and I was stuck standing still, as if I was lost among everyone else’s normal day-to-day. This is a feeling many suffer when they are so hyper-focused on a single task and it comes to an end; athletes of all kinds seem to be extremely prone to this due to the nature of how they dedicate every moment of their day to their sport.

Q: If you could be one of the characters from any of your books, who would it be and why?

A: I would want to be Gwen; even though when we first meet her she seems weak and immature. Once you get to know her you realize this behaviour stems from the time she is young and that she has had to hide her true self behind an arrogant dismissive mask to protect herself. In reality, she is a pretty wonderful selfless character. And as an author there is a little bit of you in all your characters, yet I find myself relating to her and her growth arc. Besides who wouldn’t want to end up with the hot lead character?

Q: If you were the casting director for the film version of your novel, who would play your leading roles?

A: Oh wow wouldn’t it be fun to choose! I think I would pick Theo James to be Wicked, Ruby Rose as Gwen, Ryan Reynolds as Craze, Jared Leto as Kayden

Q: When did you first decide to submit your work? Please tell us what or who encouraged you to take this big step?

A: I think I’m no different than every other author who at some point has been skeptical to make the leap and have your work published. The very idea of it being viewed, reviewed and judged by the world is certainly unnerving. I first decided to submit my work early 2018 and there are two people that contributed to me making the final leap from dreaming about publishing to actually doing it. The first one is my very best friend who encouraged me every step of the way, her confidence and appreciation for what I had written gave me hope that the dream could be real. The second person that helped me take the final step was my Uncle; he is a horror writer himself and although my work was not his genre of choice, he said, β€œgirl you are a writer, let’s get that straight. Now if we can only get you to say it with less words.” And although I did laugh hard, he was also the first person to rip my work apart and yet in this profound way helped me see that
criticism wasn’t bad. It is simply how we all learn to improve. From that day forward I made the decision to publish my story.

Q: Do you outline your books or just start writing?

A: I have a generic outline of what I want to have happen. I have my characters very well
conceptualized, as well as where I want them to start and where I want their story to finish, but the rest of the story is all flow. I let the characters tell me what should happen next, what would their character do next? What would they say next? I found that if I created a strict timeline my writing became too mechanical and didn’t have the same connection with the characters lifelike and unpredictable natures.

Q: Do you have any hobbies and does the knowledge you’ve gained from these carry over into your characters or the plot of your books?

A: Yes, most definitely. I have always ridden horses and have a number of animals; I’ve consistently worked out including CrossFit and boxing, as well as dabbled in many other activities for fun or relaxation. I pull many descriptions for my scenes from my real life experiences. As well as I wanted my characters to feel as real as possible, and I find the best way to understand something is to try it for yourself.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about what it was like to write a series?

A: A series I feel is a little different than a single book for the simple fact that you have to have short-term goals and a long-term plan for all your characters that stretches a vast period of time. And although I do allow my work to flow, I have to know what struggles and triumphs I want each of my characters to face, as well as what thought-provoking issues I want to bring up along the way. It’s also tricky to balance the ability to give the readers enough that they feel they have come along on the journey so far and are left feeling satisfied yet leaving just enough intrigue to keep them wanting to see what happens next. It is also difficult to make sure you don’t have any of those pesky inconsistencies with characters, scenes, or plots; pages and pages of notes is a
definite must.

Stolen (Saving Setora #1) by Raven Dark & Petra J. Knox

39694205. sy475

Goodreads | Amazon US

Synopsis:

It all began when the road warriors found me outside Hell’s Burning, lost and dehydrated. When the bikers took me into The Compound, I thought I was saved.

Especially when, as a Violetβ€”a rare genetic anomaly prized above allβ€”I’m taken in and raised by one of the wealthiest men in the world. Educated and groomed by the best teachers money could buy, I mistakenly thought he had a great future planned for me, one in which I’d be cared for and cherished.

I was wrong.

For centuries, women have been sold as slaves. In my 18th year, my benefactor reveals a truth that shatters my world. I’m to be put on display before the wealthiest of society at one of the biggest auctions this world has ever seen…as a slave.

But that night at the auction, something goes wrong. I am stolen by members of the infamous Dark Legion, a road warrior crew feared the world over. Torn from the only world I have ever known, now I have not one master, but four.

I shouldn’t want these dangerous, deadly men with their leather cuts and their growling bikes, but the deeper my captors draw me into their dark and twisted world, the more I crave what they do to me. They stole me from a powerful man who’ll stop at nothing to get me back. If I don’t find a way to escape soon, my new masters might just steal my heart.

***Stolen is Book One of the Saving Setora series, a dark, dystopian Reverse Harem romance with biker tones. There is no cheating, and the final book ends with an HEA for Setora and her four men. This full length novel contains triggering elements and four twisted heroes who know how to own a woman right.

🍁

This book…. oh this book… It had SOOO much potential and the authors could have done so much with the story. Unfortunately, the way they decided to go was all wrong.

You see, I’m trying not to completely rant and be mean to the authors with this review. So with that being said, all I’m going to say is that I did not like this book. At all. I found the main male interests to be highly abusive, sadistic, and Setora’s relationship was unbelievably unhealthy. To illustrate how messed up her relationship with them was, I am going to share this quote:

“My masters were monsters, but they were my monsters, and they’d protect me from far, far worse ones.”

After reading that quote, do I really need to give any other evidence to show how wrong these men were for Setora? I am a hopeless romantic and I let a lot of things slide when it comes to morally grey male characters, but this book pushed even ME over the edge. I just can’t do it and I will definitely not be continuing the series.

Synopsis:

Can you ever really start over? It’s the question that follows Ariana now that she’s reunited with the boys from the Sound of Us.

Haunted by the past and her hopefully soon to be ex-husband, Ari is dragged along as the band continues its world tour. Touring the world together…it’s what they all used to dream about. Sold out stadiums and screaming fans, it’s everything anyone would want.

But with broken hearts to mend, groupies to ignore, and someone who clearly wants Ariana to leave for good, is their dream more of a nightmare? Can Ariana discover her own song before it’s too late?

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

That’s the thing about fear, it comes at you when you least expect it and all you can do is try to get through it to the other side.

MINOR SPOILERS THROUGHOUT:
Did I think it was possible for me to love this series more after the first book? No… but I was SOOOO wrong! This book was absolutely amazing and I could not get enough! I fell in love the characters more than I thought possible and their story just gripped my heart and wouldn’t let go!

The guys weren’t on a journey with me; they were my destination.

Arianna- Ari’s going through her issues, but she hasn’t given up which is something that I really admire. She fights tooth and nail for her guys and what she wants. I love her as a character so much and her inner strength is inspiring. I’m dying to know what happened five years ago that made her run away. I need answers!

The problem with reuniting, however, was that our pieces didn’t quite fit like they did before… and I didn’t know if they ever would again.

Jensen- Before reading this book, I didn’t really like Jensen because of how he treated Ari. While reading this though, I completely fell in love with him. Deep down, he is just a broken boy that feels responsible for everyone around him. He puts all this weight on his shoulders because he feels like he is supposed to make everyone happy. It breaks my heart and I am so happy that I got to know him better in this book.

In Ari, I found more than love, more than hope and peace. I found my home.”

Jesse- Jesse is SO sweet and kind and caring and I. LOVE. HIM. SO. MUCH. He is always there for Ari and is the first one to jump to her defense. When the guys came storming in at the beginning of this book, he automatically believed Ari and took her side. It warmed my heart and he is just so precious to me.

β€œWe’re going to fix you, princess. Until you remember what having us love you feels like. Until you remember what it feels like to be safe and adored.”

Tanner- Tanner is always on that razor edge which is something that I love about his character. He is always ready to throw down and he’d fight the whole world for Ari if he had to. I am excited beyond words for his book!

Overall, I highly enjoyed this book and I could not encourage you to read it more. This story is about heartbreak and second chances and I went through so many different emotions while reading it. It will certainly stay in my heart for many years to come. I need the next book like I need air!

Synopsis:

They are idols to millions worldwide. I hear their names whispered in the hallways and blasted through the radio. Their faces are never far from the television screen, tormenting me with images of what I gave up.

To everyone else, they’re unattainable rockstars, the music gods who make up The Sound of Us. But to me? They’ll always be the boys I lost.

I broke all our hearts when I refused to follow them to L.A., convinced I would only bring them down. Years later, after I’ve succumbed to a monster, and my life has become something out of a nightmare, they are back.

I’m no longer the girl they left behind. But what if I’ve become the woman they can’t forget?

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

And that sums it up; one decision changes lives. One act, one moment, alters the course of many. One decision certainly altered the course of my life.

SPOILERS THROUGHOUT:
I LOVED THIS BOOK! It grabbed me from the very first line and would not let go! I ate the story up and I didn’t want it to end! The book just flew by and was over before I knew it! I loved everything in it, from the characters, to the structure (then and now chapters), to the plot, to the romance, and everything in between! I just can’t get enough!

We’re best friends because we’re all broken in different ways… You being broken means that for once we’ve found someone that is like us.”

Arianna- I like Arianna as a character, but I need MORE. What made her choose not to go to L.A.? Why doesn’t she feel worthy of the guys? WHAT HAPPENED?! I need answers!!!!

Usually I avoided them like the plague, but junkies always gave in eventually. I was not the exception.

The Guys- Where can I get one? Hmm??? I love them all SO much and I know that their personalities have only barely been revealed. They all break and warm my heart in different ways and I just want more!!

β€œPretty girl,” he whispers. β€œYou think you don’t deserve to share yourself, your secrets. You think you burden people with your darkness. But you don’t. You’re not dark. You’re light. You’re warmth. You’re good. Fuck. Ari,” his voice broke, “you are so good.”

Gentry- I HATE HIM SO MUCH!! THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR THIS LEVEL OF HATE. ARIANNA SHOULD HAVE KILLED HIM AND HE NEEDS TO ROT IN HELL.

I’ve never made peace with letting them go. I never will.

I know this review was a little short, but I am so eager to jump into the next book that these were the only legible thoughts that I could write into words. A lot of my feelings towards this book are just me screaming… That cliffhanger has left me reeling and I need to the next book ASAP.

Author Bio:

I was Georgia born and raised, now residing in the great state of Tennessee. True southern girl at heart. I have a wonderful supportive husband who, no lie, I honestly believe is my soul-mate. My two wild children consists of an 11 year oldΒ mini ball playerΒ and 5 year old little princess. We can’t forget about my fur baby, Primrose. She’s a Boxer/Boston Terrier (picture a tiny boxer) and yes she was namedΒ after a character fromΒ one of my all time favorite books, see if you can guess.

Lately, I’ve been glued to a screen writing. When I need a break you can find me hiking with the hubs at one of the many state parks, or if we have a long weekend, at the beach or in the mountains. I love all kinds of music and movies. I must say most of my favorites lists on both consist mostly of 80’s stuff. My favorite hobby is and will always be reading. I read every genre, but I am definitely a post-apocalyptic and paranormal freak. You’ll more than likely find me biting into a vampire novel or devouring a zombie book. The Interview:

1) π‘―π’π’˜ π’…π’Šπ’… π’šπ’π’– π’…π’Šπ’”π’„π’π’—π’†π’“ 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝑯 π’ˆπ’†π’π’“π’†? 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 π’Žπ’‚π’…π’† π’šπ’π’– 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’† π’Šπ’ π’Šπ’•?

Years ago, I read these books based around this one small town. Within were all kinds of relationships that were accepted as a natural part of society. Normal even. I honestly think that’s what started my RH acceptance/obsession. Then, years later, I found myself wanting a kickass vampire with her own harem. There weren’t any that I could find, so I wrote one.

2) π‘ͺ𝒂𝒏 π’šπ’π’– 𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍 π’Žπ’† 𝒂 π’π’Šπ’•π’•π’π’† π’ƒπ’Šπ’• 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 π’šπ’π’–π’“ π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔? 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 π’šπ’π’–π’“ π’‡π’‚π’—π’π’“π’Šπ’•π’† 𝒂𝒏𝒅/𝒐𝒓 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒕 π’‡π’‚π’—π’π’“π’Šπ’•π’† 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ?

My favorite parts to writing a story is always going to be letting the imaginary characters inside my head come out to play, hoping people enjoy them as much as I love writing about them. The easiest part for me is always the beginning and end. The in between stuff is harder for me. The process itself…. write every SINGLE day. Even if I don’t get many words in. If I don’t, I get distracted and binge TV Shows or books.

I can’t really say that there has been any particular person that inspired a character. However, there are a lot of places that will inspire a scene in a story. Such as Mel’s dream at the beach boardwalk in the first Lady of Darkness. On vacation I happened upon one, and decided right then and there that it was going to be a setting somehow.

This is really difficult and not just as a question. Everyone has their own opinion as to what makes a good book. Some people like funny. Some like the suckerpunch to the feels. Others like midnight dark. I’ve had to learn to accept that not everyone will like my books and that’s ok! I allow the characters to speak and write their own stories. I step in occasionally to say, β€œNah that won’t work,” or β€œHell yes, I like where you’re going with that.” This will likely make me sound insane, but I treat my characters like real people, putting myself in their shoes.

Another difficult question, because anyone who knows me, knows I don’t ever pick favorites. I loved writing Mel from my Lady of Darkness Series, because she is a kickass female who accepts life as it comes to her and is willing to go straight to battle for the ones she cares about. The second book in that series follows Alivia, and there’s some really dark stuff that made her a super interesting character to try and share headspace with. Imma from New Year Surprises was so much fun. She’s quirky, sarcastic, and down right awkward and I love it. That cast will be getting a full length novel coming January 2020, and I cannot wait to write with her again. Kendall from my White Trash Trilogy was probably one of the most real characters ever to take a place amongst the many in my head. Her story touched a place in my soul none of the others have. Just the fight she has to put forth is one that a lot of people struggle with every day. Hopefully her story has helped at least one person realize that it can get better. Never ever give up. Last but not least, every single one of the main male characters will always hold a special place in my heart. My personal harem has been well over the double digits for a while now lol. Secret interview reveal…there has been only one set of people that were based off real life people. The band in Lady of Darkness when I first started writing was an actual band. Before publishing, I changed everything up. I wanted them to play a larger part in the books with no reference to the real world.

7) π‘―π’π’˜ 𝒅𝒐 π’šπ’π’– π’…π’†π’„π’Šπ’…π’† 𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓 π’π’‚π’Žπ’†π’” 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 π’šπ’π’– 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 π’„π’‰π’‚π’π’ˆπ’†π’… 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓’𝒔 π’π’‚π’Žπ’† 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 π’‰π’Šπ’” 𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒓 π’”π’•π’π’“π’š π’Žπ’π’“π’‘π’‰π’†π’… π’Šπ’π’•π’ π’”π’π’Žπ’†π’•π’‰π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’šπ’π’– π’˜π’†π’“π’†π’β€™π’• π’†π’™π’‘π’†π’„π’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ?

Names are very, very important. It can make or destroy a character I feel. I’m always careful picking them. With the genre getting so large, it’s hard to avoid clashing with others. However, it’s like the real world. Do you know how many Brandy’s I know? Lol I can honestly say, I’ve never changed a name due to characteristics, or morphing of their story.

This one takes us back to the response on question four. I don’t find it particularly difficult writing about, or in the guy’s POV. They’re all different people to me. They all have their own quirks and faults like we do.

9) 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 π’‚π’π’š 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 π’Šπ’π’‡π’π’–π’†π’π’„π’†π’… π’šπ’π’–π’“ π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝒐𝒓 π’”π’•π’šπ’π’† 𝒐𝒇 π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ?

I’m most certainly a reader first, but I try not to let anyone influence my style. Do I strive to be on the same level as some of my favorite authors? Definitely! Do I want to write like them? No ma’am! It’s one of the things that makes a book grand to me, individuality and uniqueness.

10) 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 π’Šπ’” 𝒕𝒉𝒆 π’Žπ’π’”π’• π’Šπ’π’•π’†π’“π’†π’”π’•π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’…π’†π’…π’Šπ’„π’‚π’•π’Šπ’π’ π’šπ’π’– 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 π’˜π’“π’Šπ’•π’•π’†π’ 𝒐𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅?

The most important one will always be to the readers. Without them, I couldn’t do what I love. I’ll never stop being grateful for them. My very first book Of Death and Darkness was dedicated to my father. He was always my biggest supporter of finishing it and trying to get it published. Unfortunately, he passed away before he was able to see it happen. I finished it within a year, publishing, and dedicating it to him.

11) 𝑫𝒐 π’šπ’π’– 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 π’‚π’π’š π’‚π’…π’—π’Šπ’„π’† 𝒇𝒐𝒓 π’–π’‘π’„π’π’Žπ’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔, π’‘π’‚π’“π’•π’Šπ’„π’–π’π’‚π’“π’π’š 𝑹𝑯 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔?

My advice for new authors? Write! If you have a story sitting in your head, on your chest, or within your soul, write it. Never doubt yourself and remember, we’re all different. There’s always going to be one person out there who doesn’t like it. Don’t let that influence your decision on giving up.

Ha! That’s a loaded question. I just finished the last book in the White Trash Trilogy. It should be releasing at the end of April. I’m rewriting the Lady of Darkness Series seeing as it was my first books and all. I’ve learned so much in the past two years and want to make it better. They’re being revamped inside and out, hopefully to be released by the end of May. I’ve got a couple anthology stories in the works that’ll be out this year. One or two co-authored projects, with no due dates as of yet. I’m writing a standalone releasing in October. Keep your eyes peeled for that one, because it’s going to be a doozy. Then there is a series and a saga that I’ll be working on for release in 2020. Many exciting things happening soon!

That’s it Lovelies! I am so grateful that I was given this opportunity and corresponding with Brandy was just a dream come true! I hope you learned something about Brandy and her books from this interview or maybe just found a new author to read!
