Top Ten Tuesday | Spring 2020 TBR

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is to show off your Spring 2020 TBR. There were MANY books I could have chosen for this topic due to my never ending TBR pile lol. However, I wanted to choose books that I could actually see myself reading in the next couple of months considering my last few TBR posts haven’t gone so well. Anyways, here are the top ten books on my Spring TBR!

40126121. sy475

∴ Ruthless Gods (Something Dark and Holy #2)

I got an ARC of this MONTHS ago and I’ve been wanting to read it for a while. After just finishing Wicked Saints a couple of weeks ago, I’m finally ready to read this book! I’m so excited (yet honestly terrified) to find out what will happen to my babies next!

43204703. sy475

∴ A Curse So Dark and Lonely (Cursebreakers #1)

I’ve been wanting to read this book since before its release. I’ve even started the first 100 pages and have loved it! I just sat it down and never continued… But now I’m really ready to dive into this book and potentially its sequel.

35702241

∴ The Shadows Between Us

As soon as I heard about this book, I was intrigued. I am all here for morally grey characters and a hate-to-love romance. So bring it on!

17314430

∴ Wait for You (Wait for You #1)

I love Jennifer’s fantasy stuff and I have been wanting to read her contemporary stuff forever. So I’m going to really try to get to it within the next month or so.

43693948. sy475

∴ The Sounds of Us Trilogy

The final book in this beautiful trilogy came out over a month ago, and I still haven’t read it. Ughhhh. I love these books so much and I had been waiting for the last book for so long and it hurts that I haven’t read it yet. I know I’m going to have to reread the first two books in order to read the last one so I have been putting it off. But I’m finally hoping to commit to the rereads and get to this book in the next few weeks.

43174656. sy475

∴ The Darkest Assassin (Lords of the Underworld #14.6)

I’ve been putting off reading this book because I knew my bookish hangover for this series was only going to get worse if I read this book. Now that William’s book is FINALLY out, I am ready to read them both and I am SOOOO excited!

36314220. sy475

∴ Ghosts of the Shadow Market

Despite loving Cassie Clare, I have been putting off reading this book because the stories in it did not appeal to me at its release. Now after talking to some people and hearing some more about this book, I am really interested in reading it.

46249012

∴ Bone Crier’s Moon (Bone Grace #1)

The cover of this book was what initially attracted me to it, but after reading the synopsis, I have been dying to get my hands on it. And I plan on diving right in as soon as my copy gets here!

30075662. sy475

∴ Aurora Rising (The Aurora Cycle #1)

After going on my Jay Kristoff binge this past year, I am more than ready to dive into this book. And just in time for the sequel to come out!

32650276. sy475

∴ Tempest (The Scarab Beetle #6)

This is another one of those books that has been on my most anticipated releases list for literal years and, despite it releasing almost three months ago, I still haven’t read it. I feel like a failure to my favorite authors lol. I’m definitely going to read this ASAP though.

Thank you for joining me on TTT. What are some books on your Spring 2020 TBR? Feel free to leave a link to your post so I can check it out! And what did you think of my answers? Are you excited for any of the books I mentioned or have you read them already? If so, what did you think of them?

Top Ten Tuesday | Authors Who Have a Fun Social Media Presence

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! I’m not gonna lie, this week’s TTT topic was a hard one. After I got my initial answers out of the way,  I struggled to come up with more. Hopefully, you see a couple authors on here that you like and agree with me picking them and you see a couple new ones that you can go follow! Some of these are an absolute joy and I love following them!

Image result for jay kristoff

∴ Jay Kristoff ∴

I just love Jay Kristoff and his Instagram is literally everything. He shares fan art, tattoos, what he’s up to, gives updates, and constantly has me dying laughing on his views of TV shows/movies. #bitchyoucanteleport 🤣

Image result for stephanie garber

∴ Stephanie Garber ∴

I might be new to the Caraval fandom, but I’m not new to Stephanie. I have followed her for a long time because I just like seeing what she posts. She does make posts about her books, but she also promotes other lesser known books which is so great of her. She also talks about her life and what she is doing which is never boring.

Image result for gena showalter

∴ Gena Showalter ∴

I initially followed Gena on Instagram for upcoming book news, but since it has become so much more than that. She is constantly posting quotes, extra content, sneak peaks, memes about the characters, giveaways, and other fun things. After knowing her for a little bit, I was introduced to her Facebook group and omgggg it’s hilarious on there. That group is the highlight of my day!

Image result for kerri maniscalco

∴ Kerri Maniscalco ∴

I haven’t even read SJTR yet, but I have been following Kerri for a while. I love seeing her beautiful posts, insider content, and shout-outs to the ARCs she’s reading.

Image result for cm stunich

∴ C.M. Stunich ∴

CM’s Facebook group literally keeps me going through my day lol. The amount of entirely inappropriate, yet hilarious posts on there is unreal. Plus, all the girls posting their fan-casts for the male characters is just 👌

Image result for jennifer l armentrout

∴ Jennifer L. Armentrout ∴

*dreamily sighs* Jen’s Facebook group is everything. The amount of hilarious posts, engaging fun, giveaways, inside scoops on her latest projects, and her updates on the Wicked movie are just so great!

Image result for leigh bardugo

∴ Leigh Bardugo ∴

I might not be Leigh’s biggest fan, but I can’t deny her social media presence. Whether that’s sharing fan-art, talking about the movie, or promoting her future books, she always finds a way to make her posts fun.

Image result for shelly crane

∴ Shelly Crane ∴

Shelly’s books will always have a special place in my heart, but her social media presence has sky rocketed in the last few months for me. Her series is becoming a movie!!!! So naturally she is posting a bunch of movie info and inside stuff!

Image result for cr jane

∴ C.R. Jane ∴

CR is so great on Instagram and Facebook! Her FB group people are so amazing and sweet and her Instagram stories about her books and life make me so happy.

Image result for ivy fox

∴ Ivy Fox ∴

I mostly know Ivy through her books and her FB group. When I say fun and hilarious, I definitely mean it lol. I can’t explain it to anyone that’s not in the group.

Thank you for joining me on TTT. Who are some authors that you think have a fun social media presence? Feel free to leave a link to your post so I can check it out! And what did you think of my answers? Did you find a new author?

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! I know I keep saying that I’m back and I’m going to become more active, but I just really haven’t had the time. I start college classes literally today and preparing for those has been super stressful. I’m going to try to post more like I used to, but I just don’t know if that’s feasible as of right now.

Anyways, today’s TTT topic is: Extraordinary Book Titles (submitted by Elise @ A Book and a Cup). This topic made me really sit down and think about my answers, which I highly enjoyed. So, here are some titles that I think are extraordinary:

𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿

𝟮. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

𝟯. 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝘀𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲

𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝘆

𝟱. 𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀

Top Ten Tuesday | Books I’ve Read That I’d Like In My Personal Library

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! I know I’m a little behind on my TTT posts, but I just have been SOOO busy lately. Between classes, family stuff, finding time to read, and moving, I just haven’t had the time to blog as much as I would like to. I’ve been trying to get back, but by the time I’m done with everything and finally have some free time, I just want to read a book I’ve been dying to or catch up on a TV show that I am behind on. There is just never enough time to do everything!

Anyways, today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books I’ve Read That I’d Like In My Personal Library. Luckily for me, I have a lot of books that I have read that I am dying to get in physical copy. But between the money they cost, the different editions of each book, some being published by an author in a different country, and just not being able to choose which one to buy when I do have extra money to do so,I haven’t bought the following books for one reason or another. These are in no particular order:

1. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑰𝒍𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒔

2. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔

7. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒚 𝑾𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔

10. 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔

After making this list, I have come to realize that it is going to take me FOREVER to get all these books… But I will remain hopeful! I just love all of these series so much and I live for any chance I get to just add one installment to my shelf!

Anyways, thank you for joining me on Top Ten Tuesday. I hope you enjoyed reading this list as much as I did creating it! What are some books you have read that you are dying to put on your shelf?

Also, if you did a TTT post, feel free to leave a link to it down below so I can check yours out!

Top Ten Tuesday | Auto-Buy Authors

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! After a SUPER busy summer, I am finally back! I am going to be re-starting all of my weekly posts (Top Ten Tuesday, Top 5 Wednesday, WWW, First Line Friday, ect.) which I am SO excited to get back to.

Anyways, today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is auto-buy authors. I really enjoyed this topic because it was a little different and it was almost a recommendations list of my top authors! Without further ado, here they are:

Image result for sarah j maas

Did anyone really think I could make a post about auto-buy authors and not mention my absolute fave? Sarah J. Maas is the queen of my bookshelves and seeing all of my multiple copies of her books proudly displayed is one of my favorite things about collecting books!

Image result for cassandra clare

Just like Sarah, my shelves would be incomplete without the newest Cassandra Clare book! I truly treasure Cassie’s books and adding a new one to my shelf every year is just so satisfying to me.

Image result for jay kristoff

Jay Kristoff is a new author to my auto-buy list, but after reading The Illumine Files recently and currently reading Nevernight, I can’t imagine not buying whatever he comes out with! He is just so talented and his writing has enthralled me!

Alexa Riley

If you haven’t heard me talk about this author before, Alexa Riley is a co-author duo that releases a lot of short books each month. Typically between 2 and 4. I automatically buy whatever book they release because I enjoy them so much and they are such short reads. I can finish them in two hours or less and they are all on Kindle Unlimited so I pay virtually nothing for them.

Image result for quinn loftis

I am so thankful that my friend introduced me to Quinn Loftis and her books a few years ago. I have fallen in love with her world and all of the characters in it and I always look forward to her next installment, no matter what series it is in.

Related image

Jennifer L. Armentrout is an author that I have come to love, no matter what genre she is writing. I look forward to all of her new releases throughout the year and waiting for them is always brutal.

Related image

C.L. Stone is the mother of all RH and her books are like caffeine to me! I CAN’T GET ENOUGH!!! I am so sad that she hasn’t released a book this year and I am just crossing my fingers that we get news of one soon.

Related image

I can’t put into words how addictive Jane Washington’s book are or how much I love her writing style. It’s pure magic and I will automatically read anything with her name attached to it.

Image result for laurann dohner

Laurann Dohner is another one of those authors that I will read anything she writes, no matter the genre. I am just so confident in her ability to capture my attention when I read one of her books and she keeps me hooked the entire time.

Image result for scarlett dawn

I love Scarlett Dawn and her books. Unfortunately, she just hasn’t been able to release that many books lately. But believe me, the second she announces her next book, you will hear me screaming from the roof tops.

Image result for becca jameson

I have read so many of Becca Jameson’s books, it’s not even funny. I just can’t get enough of her male characters and her romances are just so great. I can never get enough of her books!

Thank you for joining me on Top Ten Tuesday. I hope you enjoyed reading my post as much as I did writing it. I always enjoy getting to talk about my favorite authors and I hope you found a new one today to look into. Every one of the ones on this list is a treasure!

Also, if you did a TTT post, feel free to leave a link to it down below so I can check yours out!

Top Ten Tuesday | Unpopular Bookish Opinions

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is Unpopular Bookish Opinions. I have a lot of those and I actually had to narrow this list down to only ten.

A lot of these opinions are about popular series so please don’t be upset if I dislike your favorite series. We all have different opinions and there are going to be people out there that hate your favorite book. For example, my favorite author is Sarah J. Maas and not a day goes by where I don’t see some negativity towards her books on the internet.

Anyways, here are some of my unpopular opinions:

𝟏. 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐮𝐠𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝

Everyone seems to LOVE Leigh Bardugo and worship the ground she walks on. I have tried both the Grisha trilogy and Six of Crows and neither one blew me away.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐂𝐎𝐅𝐀𝐒 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤

Everyone seems to hate this book and almost no one that I have seen likes it. But I do. Was it the best book in the series? No. But did I enjoy getting to see the characters and see them relax for once? YES!!

𝟑. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫

I read this whole series and the last two books were just a waste of my time. Nothing really happened and everything that did was boring… I love the characters to pieces but the story should have been over way before it was.

𝟒. 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐝

Cassandra Clare is my second favorite author and I have loved her books for six years now. But QoAaD was just a giant let down.

My review is here if you want to read it. I go into a lot more detail about why I disliked the book in it.

𝟓. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝

I tried to read this series and I made it about halfway through the first book before I just couldn’t do it anymore. I hated the romance and the movies were better.

𝟔. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐲

A lot of BookTubers or bloggers that I have seen seem to hate romance books for their sex scenes and find them extremely awkward/cringy. Well I don’t. I LOVE romance books and there is nothing wrong with smut to me!

𝟕. 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠

I bought a couple of books with deckled edges not knowing what hell I would go through while reading the books. I swear it would take me like 30 seconds to just flip one page! UGH!!

𝟖. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

Maybe it’s because I am used to fantasy books, but whenever I read a contemporary now, I am just bored to tears. They don’t have that risk factor that fantasy books have. I typically end up DNFing it or only reading extremely dark contemporaries now.

𝟗. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠

I see other bloggers talk about reading three and four books at a time and I just can’t do it! I have read two books at a time once and I hated it. I kept getting confused and would have to reread chapters. It was a disaster.

𝟏𝟎. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭

I used to see bloggers have more than one copy of the same book on their shelves and I thought that they were crazy! It seemed like a waste of money and shelf space to me. Two years and six copies of Kingdom of Ash alone on my shelf, I would have to say I disagree. It’s GREAT!!! 😂

Thank you for joining me on Top Ten Tuesday! I loved writing my unpopular bookish opinions and I would love for you to let me know what you think! And I would love to read yours! If you have done this post, feel free to leave a link to yours down below!

Top Ten Tuesday | Books I’d Love To See Converted To Screen

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic was a Page-to-Screen Freebie, so I decided to make a post about the books I’d love to see converted to screen.

Please note, that I used the word CONVERTED and not BROUGHT. This is because I do not want these books to just be brought over and changed like certain other ones have been, some to the point where they aren’t even recognizable anymore (I’m looking at you Shadowhunters). I want any adaptations of the books on this list to remain true to their books and change as little as possible. *I know this is probably a pipe dream, but a girl can hope*

Anyways, when I started making this list, some books popped into my head… and then more… and then more… Before I knew it, I had so many that I had to narrow my list down… I got it to 15 before I couldn’t bring myself to take another title off the list. SO you’re getting 15 answers today! Hooray!!!

I’m not going to keep you waiting in suspense any longer, so here they are:

Image result for infernal devices series

∴ The Infernal Devices Trilogy

I want this trilogy converted to the screen because I would love to see the world of Shadowhunter London brought to life and maybe it would even replace the horror that they did to the world with the Shadowhunters TV show. Plus, you know… Will Herondale 😁

Screenshot_2019-05-02 Untitled Design

Throne of Glass Series / A Court of Thorns and Roses Series  ∴

I know that these have both been opted for the screen, but we all know that that is never a guarantee. Books can sit like that for years and never get touched… I’m really hoping that that isn’t the case for these two. Sarah J. Maas is my favorite author and seeing her worlds and characters on the screen would be a dream come true for me!

Image result for red rising trilogy

∴ Red Rising Saga

Epic. That is the only word that I can think of that would do this series justice if it were converted to screen. With today’s graphics, CGI, ect it couldn’t be any thing less.

Image result for strange the dreamer series

∴ Strange the Dreamer Duology

I might not be as in love with this duology as everyone else seems to be, but even I would be excited if it were converted to the screen. Seeing Weep and the Godspawn… I have no words for how awesome that would be!

Image result for nevernight book covers

∴ The Nevernight Chronicle Series

I have only just begun my journey in the Nevernight universe, but I can already see it for its brilliance. I can’t even imagine how magnetic it would be if it were converted to the screen. It would have to be on HBO or something because no other channel would be able to truly capture the dark tone of the series otherwise, but I would GLADLY pay the subscription fee.

Image result for falling kingdoms series

∴ Falling Kingdoms Series

I think it would be very interesting to see this series converted to the screen. It might just be because I’m in Game of Thrones mode right now and this series so similar, but I would definitely watch this if it were a TV show.

Image result for the others series

∴ The Others Series

I’m just picturing all of the supernatural creatures of this world and the gift that is Meg Corbyn and I CAN’T… PLEASE!!! I NEED TO SEE THIS ON SCREEN!!!

Image result for black dagger brotherhood series

∴ Black Dagger Brotherhood Series

I don’t know if anyone could truly capture this series and convert it to the screen, but I would love to see them try!

Image result for the black jewels trilogy

∴ The Black Jewels Series

You know how I love Game of Thrones right? Well the main reason I love it is because of its morally grey characters… It would have NOTHING on thi series if it were converted to the screen. Three of the main characters are literally named Daemon, Lucivar, and Saetan… Plus, there is just a wider range of supernatural creatures in this series.

Image result for the ghost bird series

∴ The Ghost Bird/The Academy Series

Uhhhh… Mr. Blackbourne and Dr. Green… Need I say more?

Image result for the curse of the gods series

∴ Curse of the Gods Series

I can picture Willa crashing in to everything and see her guys trying (and failing) to keep her out of trouble, now… *exhales dreamily*

Image result for fever series

∴ Fever Series

I would like to see this series converted to screen simply to see who would be casted as Jericho Barrons…

Image result for the dark elements series

∴ The Dark Elements Series

B A M B I !!!!!! Give it to me right now!!

Image result for harem of hearts series

∴ Harem of Hearts Series

This series is literally a dark RH retelling of Alice in Wonderland… Could the concept for a TV show/movie be any more perfect???

Thank you for joining me on Top Ten Tuesday! What do you think of my list? Are you fangirling at the thought of these books being converted to the screen as much as I am? Also, please feel free to leave a link to your TTT post so I can check yours out!

Top Ten Tuesday | Characters That Remind Me of Myself

screenshot_2019-01-29 artstudio – dashboard(5)

Hello Lovelies! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is Characters That Remind Me of Myself. This was a topic I found really interesting and unique. I had to go back and think about a lot of characters (some that I had read about years ago) and I had SOOOO much fun!

Related image

Elide Lochan | Throne of Glass Series

Elide reminds me of myself because of how big her heart is. She cares about everyone around her and has an undying loyalty to her friends.

Image result for sansa stark

Sansa Stark | A Song of Ice and Fire Series

Sansa reminds me of myself because of her inner strength. In the beginning of the series, she came across as this weak and naive girl. But look at her now! She’s arguable the best player in the game and running the show!

Image result for tessa gray

Tessa Gray | The Infernal Devices Trilogy

Tessa reminds me of myself for her love of books and her ability to love. The scenes where she and Will are talking about their books are some of my favorites ever! Also, Tessa continues to open her heart no matter the risk of being hurt and that takes more courage than people realize.

Related image

Hermoine Granger | Harry Potter Series

Hermoine reminds me of myself for her book smarts and her need for order. I highly sympathize with her character and I feel like she is the true MVP of the Harry Potter series.

Image result for aelin ashryver galathynius

Aelin Galathynius | Throne of Glass Series

Aelin reminds me of myself because of her love of books, her sarcastic side, and her girly side. She is such a badasss, but her ability to be girly and love dresses is something that I have always really appreciated about her character. It made it SO easy to love her character. I might not be a badass assassin, but the softer side of Aelin is very relatable to me.

Related image

Margaery Tyrell | A Song of Ice and Fire Series

Margaery reminds me of myself because of her dedication to her family and her willingness to do anything for them. She was a really great player in the game and I am sad that she is gone.

40877170

Willa | Curse of the Gods Series

Willa reminds me of myself because of her snarkiness and her clumsiness. She is constantly tripping or falling and that is a part of her character that just resonates with me. I can definitely relate!

18403921

Sang Sorenson | The Ghost Bird Series

Sang reminds me of myself because of her openness and trusting nature. She completely opened herself up to her guys and her trust in them is miraculous to me (especially after everything she has been through).

37119966

Sally | The Grey Wolves Series

Sally reminds me of myself because she is constantly having to bail Jacque and Jen out of trouble and is always the voice of reason for them. I have two sisters and I am always trying to keep them from killing each other when they get in an argument! Plus, I always have to be the “reasonable one” because both of my sisters are hot headed.

13564125

Allison | New Species Series

Allison reminds me of myself because of her dedication to her patients and her open mindedness when it comes to the New Species. The lengths she goes to to save Obsidian are extraordinary and I wish we had more doctors out there like Allison.

*I’m sorry that I didn’t have a full picture for Allison. You can see her in the background of this cover though. I just really wish I could have gotten a better shot of her.*

What about you? What are some characters that remind you of yourself? Plus, feel free to leave a link to your TTT post so I can check yours out!
