Bookish Items That I Absolutely Love

Hello Lovelies! The idea for this post just popped into my head and wouldn’t go away so I knew I had to do it. Today, I am going to be showing you pictures of all of my favorite bookish items that I have. Hope you enjoy!

These are my bookish pins. I love them all so much and I even have multiples of certain ones.

  • I got the Terrasen pin from the Kingdom of Ash pre-order campaign. I have three of them.

  • I got the Night Court pin from the ACOFAS pre-order campaign.

  • I got the Shadowhunter Army pin when I met Cassandra Clare when she went on tour for Queen of Air and Darkness. I have four of these.

  • I got the I ❀️ ____ pins as well as the A Court of Smut and Wingspans pin from BookishStuff. I have three of the Cassian one.

This Shadowhunter Rune Light-switch Cover is truly one of my favorite items of all time and I don’t see anything topping it anytime soon. I got it from BookishStuff.

This is one key chain, I just wanted you to be able to see both sides. I got it when I went to see Sarah J. Maas on the Tower of Dawn tour. It is one of the very first bookish items I received and it holds a special place in my heart.

These pens are what inspired this post. Every time I see them, I have to just stop and stare. I am just absolutely in love with these pens! I got them in-store at Books-A-Million. In case you can’t see them clearly enough, they say:

  • TALK Darcy TO ME

I feel like this magnet embodies me as a person. I saw it in the Books-A-Million store and just knew I had to have it!

This is a Game of Thrones, Stark inspired, goblet that my mom bought for me as a Christmas present. It came from Books-A-Million as well.

Even though I am a cat person, the wolf is my spirit animal. These book-ends are absolutely breath taking and every time I look at them, I still can’t believe that I have them in my possession. I bought them in-store at Books-A-Million (I think you are starting to see where I go for the majority of my book shopping).

I found the link for them if you want to buy them for yourself: BAM Link

These are some of my favorite bookish necklaces. I’m sorry if the chains don’t look the best, but it is harder than you might think to lay out necklace chains for a picture.

  • The Targaryen symbol one I got from Ebay.

  • I got the Angelic Power Rune with the blue around it and the moon from Amazon. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

  • The black Angelic Power Rune I got from the TMI movie exclusive box. They aren’t selling these anymore, but you could check Ebay and other websites if you really want it.

  • The final Angelic Power Rune with the other runes surrounding it was bought from Wish.

I don’t have a lot of Funko Pops, but I absolutely adore the ones that I do have. They are all Game of Thrones inspired and I plan to get more of them soon.

  • The Jon Snow was bought for me by my dad whenΒ MomoCon came to Atlanta last year. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

  • The Daenerys Targaryen was bought from Amazon. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

  • The Grey Worm (my baby) was bought from Amazon. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

  • The Ghost one also came from Amazon. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

  • The Daenerys and Drogon one was bought from Amazon. If you want to buy it for yourself, use this link.

Both of these pillows will always hold a special place in my heart because I bought them when I was in the thick of my Sarah J. Maas phase (though is it really a phase if I still feel the same way? πŸ˜ƒ). They both hold a lot of meaning for me.

I was broken after Empire of Storms and, even though that pillow might be silly to some, it is all truth for me. I survived EoS, not just read it.

I bought both pillows from Redbubble. The link for the “To Whatever End” pillow is here and the EoS pillow link can be found here.

These are my Academy/The Ghost Bird bracelets. The front has the Academy symbol on it and the back has the words “The Academy” and NEVER ALONE. The green one represents Kota and the purple one represents Dr. Green. I got them both completely random from the StoneStudios shop on Etsy. Unfortunately, the shop has been closed down since then.

These are my Academy/The Ghost Bird stickers. I have two of each one and I will treasure them always. I bought them from StoneStudios as well and, since the shop has been shut down, I will never be using them since I can’t get them back 😒.

If you are still here, I thank you very much. Even though this post took FOREVER to set up and type, it was totally worth it. I love each and every one of these bookish items and I am SO thankful that I had the opportunity to buy them. What are some of your favorite bookish items? If you have any questions about the ones on my list, please let me know! ~π’œπ“Šπ“‰π“Šπ“‚π“ƒ

  1. Loved seeing your collection of bookish items! Such a nice range and I love Wolves too – those bookends are so gorgeous and the Stark goblet! I really want to get more bookish stuff for my room so it’s nice you linked everything, definitely going to take a look on the Books a million site!

    1. Thank you! I highly recommend BAM, as well as Etsy and Rebubble. The only bad thing about Redbubble is that the shipping is pricey. Etsy’s isn’t as high.
I hope you find some great bookish items for your room! πŸ’•

  2. I LOVE all of your bookish items! I personally love/collect bookish candles, pins, funko pops and bookmarks! Also I completely agree with you about how Redbubble’s shipping can be insane… I usually prefer Etsy but I also love buying prints from Redbubble. haha the struggle is real! πŸ™‚

    1. Lol. πŸ™‚ I want to get some bookish/fandom candles but there are so many companies out there that I just don’t know which to buy from! Some recommendations would be much appreciated! πŸ’•
I have a lot of bookmarks that I bought from Etsy. I thought about putting them in this post, but later decided against it. I am going to be doing a separate post about them that should come out later this week.

      1. My absolute FAVORITE candle company is Flickerwix! The owner is really nice and they have candles from a variety of book (and even some TV shows) fandoms. I feel like some candle companies only make candles for the most popular series (which makes sense from a business standpoint) but Flickerwix also has some candles for underrated series as well as the larger fandoms. For example they do have fandoms like ACOTAR, TOG, and The Grishaverse (all 3 fandoms I LOVE) but they also have candles from fandoms like An Ember in the Ashes, Stalking Jack the Ripper, The Last Namsara, Crown of Feathers, To Kill a Kingdom, etc… All of the candles are gorgeous and covered in glitter and they are often referred to as “glitter babies” and yeah I love this company a lot. (If you couldn’t tell… haha) I also really love A Court of Candles (also features a ton of underrated book series and a variety of different series. They also have a lot of special edition candles which is really cool), Flickthewick, WickandFable, CornerfoldsCandles (etsy), Burning Bright Candle Co (used to be Burning Bright Library), Totally Wicked Candles (etsy), and Firenationcreations (etsy). I might have a slight bookish candle obsession… lol. And yay I will definitely keep an eye out for your bookmark post!!! πŸ™‚ ❀

      2. Thank you SOOO much for your recommendations and taking the time to type all of that! I will definitely be checking those sites out (some I hadn’t even heard of before so I am really appreciative of those).

      3. You’re welcome!!! I’m so sorry for leaving you a novel lol… I didn’t even realize how much I had actually typed until I hit send and saw the final comment… haha. I found a lot of them either through etsy or on Instagram. I follow a ton of candle companies on Instagram which is great because I love the pictures, but my bank account hates it… but it’s all good. I never knew how many bookish candle companies there were until I started my bookstagram but I’m glad I found them! πŸ™‚

      4. Oh, you’re fine. To me, the longer the comment, the better. My bank account hates my love for special editions of books 🀣. I have like six copies of Kingdom of Ash and plan to get three more when everything is said and done.

      5. WOW that is amazing!!! I just started collecting special editions for some of my favorite books but I haven’t started with any TOG books yet!! HOWEVER, I really want the UK Paperback Box set when it’s released because they are GORGEOUS! And I currently have the Books-A-Million version of KOA but I also want the Barnes and Noble one! What other editions do you have/want?? The only other special editions I have so far are Six of Crows and A Darker Shade of Magic! πŸ™‚

      6. YESSSS! When I saw the UK set, I was like “I don’t care how much they cost, I must have them!”. They are stunning!

I have the BAM, B&N, and Target special editions of KOA. I also have two signed editions from the KOA tour. The other one is the one I bought on release day because I couldn’t wait for them to be shipped to me. Lol.

I was able to get all of the other paperback books in ToG signed while I was at the tour as well. I have two hardcover ToDs signed and I have the BAM exclusive of ACOFAS (with special art) and a signed ACOFAS from Good Choice Reading. (If you couldn’t already tell, Sarah is my favorite author.

I have three signed, tour exclusive, editions of Queen of Air and Darkness. I am also getting a signed Red Scrolls of Magic from Good Choice Reading.

I have signed editions of Strange the Dreamer and Muse of Nightmares, a signed edition of The Rose & the Dagger, and I have a tour exclusive of The Darkest Star by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

I’m really looking for past exclusive of editions of Heir of Fire or Queen of Shadows or ACOMAF. I heard they have exclusive bonus scenes that aren’t in the regular editions. I also eventually want to get all of The Infernal Devices trilogy signed. There is this other adult fantasy series (The Others by Anne Bishop) that I would kill to have signed.

This was SUPER long but, like I said, I enjoy lengthy comments.

      7. SAME!!! As soon as I saw the box set I started to prepare my bank account lol. and aaaaaah that is amazing!! I have never been to one of Sarah J. Maas’s tour stops because they are always too far from where I live but I hope to meet her someday!!! Same with Cassandra Clare! They are 2 of my top favorite authors (Top 6 are Sarah, Cassie, Rick Riordan, Leigh Bardugo, Victoria Schwab, and Angie Thomas.) and I haven’t met either of them yet!

I have met Leigh and Victoria though and they are so nice! I have both SOC and CK signed by Leigh and I got This Savage Song signed by Victoria! The Infernal Devices is my favorite Shadowhunters series so far but I still have to read TDA and I heard so many amazing things about it… but WILL HERONDALE is in TID haha.

I also still have to read Strange the Dreamer! The last few years I have attended Boston Teen Author Festival which is so much fun so I have been lucky to meet a ton of authors there and get some books signed. Some of my favorite authors that I have met (besides Leigh and Victoria) are Susan Dennard, Roshani Chokshi, Victoria Aveyard, Adam Silvera (I LOVE him. he’s so funny), Kiersten White, Ashley Woodfolk, Kerri Maniscalco, Ashley Poston, Emery Lord, Tiffany D. Jackson, and Renee Ahdieh.

I really hope to be able to go to festivals like Yallfest/Yallwest, BookCon, BEA, and San Diego Comic Con someday because I always have fun at BTA Fest and they seem like a ton of fun as well!!! πŸ™‚

What is your favorite Sarah J. Maas book?!? I have a hard time choosing between Crown of Midnight, Queen of Shadows, Empire of Storms, and ACOMAF! The struggle is real lol.

      8. I get what you mean with Sarah/Cassie and their tour stops. I live in Georgia and was lucky enough to get to see Sarah for the ToD tour when she came to Atlanta. The KoA tour was a little trickier. I ended up driving all the way to Houston for that one. And the only reason I got to see Cassie for the QoAaD tour was because she had a stop in Raleigh. (I had to drive to Raleigh and back in one day which was no easy feat).

I haven’t been able to go to any of the bookish festivals or cons yet. They tend to be either in New York or LA which is really far for me. I hope one year that I will get to go.

I have read TDA and (no spoilers) it was going to be my favorite trilogy… until QoAaD. That book was a let down for me. Alas, TID will remain number one. I totally agree on Will Herondale though. I still consider that Epilogue to be a crime against all readers. I actually asked Cassie about him when I met her.

As far as meeting other authors goes, I have met Renee Adieh, S. Jae-Jones, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Roshani Chokshi. I want to meet more of my top favorites but they are either UK/AU authors or are self-published and don’t go on tour. It sucks!

My favorite SJM book would have to be ACOMAF. It is my favorite book of all time. Heir of Fire comes super close though and Empire of Storms is just behind it.
